StickyBanner.Com reserves the right to refuse membership to any websites or banners containing pornographic, illegal, or immoral activities or for any other reasons as we see fit.
The StickyBanner.Com code provided upon joining must be copied onto member’s website within 24 hours. This code may not be modified in any way without the prior approval of StickyBanner.Com.
It must also be in a visible place accessible to visitors. The page containing the StickyBanner.Com link exchange code may not have a meta-refresh tag of any kind.
StickyBanner.Com will attempt to correct inconsistencies in credits owed to any member if the member offers proof of inconsistency. StickyBanner.Com reserves the right to delete members accounts should they:
1. Not place the ad code within their sites
2. If the ad code is removed after the account has already been verified.
3. Conduct fraudulently activity. ie, open an account and be verified, only to redirect their page to another site after verification or artificially increase banner views to increase credits.
4. Any other reasons at our sole discretion.
No credit refunds shall be issued in any of these instances.
The StickyBanner.Com name, logo, software, databases, reports, website, and information are proprietary and cannot be used without prior permission from StickyBanner.Com. StickyBanner.Com reserves the right to modify or change any and all of these Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary.

By clicking on one of these promotion strips, when you are transferred to our site, a persistent cookie is placed on the hard drive of the person who clicked the link, in order to credit the members account who sent this visitor to us.
